Bwindi National Park

Bwindi national park is a beautiful impenetrable forest in Uganda reserved for conservation and protection of nature. Known for Mountain Gorillas is a world’s heritage site.

The vast landscape of park covered with vegetation, steep slippery valley and high ridge. This is one of the most ancient rainforests in the country with number of animals about 90 mammal species including 11 primates which black and white colobus with its lovely flowing white tail is prominent to the park and the mountain gorillas which is the most attraction of Bwindi.

Bwindi situated south western part of Uganda, about 530km from Kampala close to Kabale, Bafunbira and Bakiga town. The park is reached by road through various routes.
